Key Code does not work

I recently purchased a new laptop and loaded Logbook Pro with no problem. However, while trying to register the PDA companion, it will not accept the Key Code I purchased in Aug. 2003. I checked it many times and it and my name were entered correctly. Please do not tell me I have to purchase a new key code.
 
Please e-mail supportthe Name/Key Code pair youreceived when registering your PDA Companion license. Please also refer to our "Lost Key Code" paragraph of our policies page for information to assist in retrieving your purchased license/unlock codes.
