Key Code does not work

I just installed APDL palm version 6.0. I put in the key code as emailed to me.I geta message saying "Invalid Registration Code." I have tried several times with the same results.

Registration issues cannot be resolved in a public forum. Please fill out a support ticket for assistance. Include the name / key code you were issued and the device you are using.

Thanks for the quick response. I assumed that when I went to enter the key code that my email address which would default to appear in the name____________ area was to be left there. So all I did was enter the key code sent to me in my email. After your reply I entered my full name (instead of the default email address) and the registration was successful.
