Long delay for autofill of IN time

Why does it take almost 10 minutes after block in for autofill to work? All the websites, i.e. delta, flight stats, flightaware seem to have the time within a minute or two, but APDL takes another 10 minutes.

We intentionally wait 15 minutes after block IN to allow you to manually input OOOI's and close out your leg but if you want to get it from the cloud open the leg and tap AutoFill Now.

That's what I'm doing. It doesn't have the time using autofill until about 8 minutes after block in, even though the above mentioned websites have it. I'd like to be able to close it out automatically while still in the airplane.
