Mine Doesn't Work Now!

Neil,
I purchased a new PPC, and installed the software when I enter the code, it tells me not valid etc. etc. I looked up the code from my acount (it was the purchase in Nov.) I have checked 3 times to make sure that it is the right code for the right product, since I have purchased all 3 pda companions!
Please help!

Please submit a support request and include the registration info (name/key code) as assigned.

If using a Pocket PC, try a soft reset and see if that resolves your issue first.
