• Apple released it's annual update - iOS 17 for both iPhones and iPads. After preliminary testing we see no issues with both Logbook Pro and APDL on iOS 17. We will continue our thorough testing with the public release and follow up should we find any issues.

    We are giving a green light on iOS 17 for all of our iOS apps.

More database problems

I have a Dell Axim and I cannot get the PDA Companion to open up on it. I only get an error message stating "The Database required for the Pocket PC Companion was not found. Please rerun the config....etc." I've rerun everything. I've restarted everything. And I even followed the instructions in the Help File to the "T". Please help-
This usually occurs as the database path step was missed. The database in ActiveSync's configuration MUST be set exactly to:

\Program Files\Logbook Pro\Logbook.cdb

What Operating System is your Axim running? Is it the new Windows Mobile? (Pocket PC 2003). In Asset Viewer it will show as WinCE 4.2.
