Hi guys and gals,
I hope there is someone out there than can help me and my fellow pilots out. I took some sample data that can be imported in the schedule importer to our Chief Scheduler. She had NO idea what it was or how to get it out of CrewTrac. I believe the data that I showed to her was Generic CrewTrac bidlines (adobe).
Does anyone know what steps or reports to build in order to get the data out in a format that she could e-mail to individual pilots? We do not, nor does the company plan in implementing web based anything.
Our company is, how shall I be politically correct, frugal in their funds. From what she tells me, it is the bare minimums for CrewTrac to build schedules (most of the time it shows :=) )
Or is the exporting of individual schedules a seperate module available from Sabre?
Thanks,
CaptnJB
PS I do not believe any of the Chief Schedulers that our company has had have been formally trained in CrewTrac.
