I just got a new computer and purchased version 1.9.8.5 for it. My old computer has version 1.3 on it. I tried to move the data over by restoring my old backup file. I get some data such as totals but no logbook info. Let me know the proper procedure.

Going from 1.3 to 1.9.8.5 is a very large change, probably a 5 year difference in versions. Please submit a support ticket and use the Attachment feature to include your 1.3 backup file and I'll see if I can get the data migrated to the latest version for you.
