New Computer

Howdy,
I recently purchased a new computer. Going to XP from 98. I have to install all of my applications on the new computer. Since the LBP disk I have is like 1.5-2 years old, will it still work? If not, how can I download the cuurent version and still be recognized as a paid customer?

Hello,

CD's contain the same software as that is downloaded, i.e. it still requires your unlock key. You can and should download 1.9.3, the latest edition, and not even install an older one first. You can download it from the Logbook Pro web site, or if you want it on CD-ROM, you can purchase the 'Software CD' from the Secure Online Store.

You will need your key code. If you have an older one that doesn't work, submit a support request and include it so it can be upgraded. Please refer to the policies link at www.logbookpro.com for information required to regenerate key codes.
