New PC Sync Issues

I recently bought a new PC, uploaded Logbook Pro, imported my backup files and now the it's not importing data from the mobile app. I was not able to uninstall Logbook Pro off the old device since the hard drive crashed, thus the new PC. I logged out and logged back in on both devices.
