No Sync with Logbook Pro and brandnew HTC P3600 (Trinity)

OK, here's my Problem, I tried all the hints and tips in this forum, however, i'm unable to resolve it:

My Device is a HTC P3600 "Trinity". http://www.europe.htc.com/products/htcp3600.html?lang=en

On my Notebook (WinXP, SP2, all actual Patches) i have installed LogbookPro 1.10.26
On my PDA, There's LogbookPro 1.10.16.
Both Programs are running well.
ActiveSync 4.2 is running well.
Flexwallet (webis.net) is syncing well.
Ports in Firewall are open (RAPI and the other Activesync-Stuff)

Here's what i do:

- Shutdown Logbookpro on PocketPC ("File" - "Shutdown Logbookpro")
- Connect PocketPC via USB --> ActiveSync starts Syncing
- Start Logbookpro on Notebook
- Click on "PDA-Wizard"
- Error Message "Pocket PC not detected or Logbook Pro is running on the device. Ensure device is cradled/connected via ActiveSync. Logbook Pro should also be closed (File..Shutdown) on the device" appears immediately!
- Wenn i click on "OK", there's the Popup "Are you running Logbook Pro 1.9.9 on your Pocket PC?" There i click "No"
- Now the "PDA Synchronisation Wizard" appears. But no Chance to get Synchronisation working...

Even if i deactivate Firewall completely, no way... :-(


Any help please?

Uninstall "Logbook Pro Pocket PC Companion" from your Windows Control Panel Add/Remove programs area on your PC. Also remove it from your Pocket PC, ActiveSync will open to the add/remove programs area during uninstall, select "NC Software Logbook Pro" and click the Remove button.

Then download Logbook Pro Pocket PC Companion again by clicking here. Reinstall to your PC while your PPC is connected. Then also make sure you're running Logbook Pro 1.10.26 on your PC.
