after days of data entry and finally getting the pda setup, my options menu (view/options/...) wont open to allow me to add or delete any information. It seems to have frozen up. I can actually open certificates, ratings, history, etc.. but options wont open even with the icon (that has two red checkmarks on it). Could anyone please help.
