PC-to-PC Sync Wizard Question

Does the PC to PC Sync only sync new flights or does it also sync changes to flights already recorded? Example: On my laptop clone database I noticed some cross country time logged for a local flight in 1988. If I change this flight record on the laptop and then sync to the desktop later does this change the flight record on the desktop master database?

It is a complete sync of all data.
