Per Diem rates US vs Foreign

It would be nice to see in preferences another spot to add forgeign standard per diem rates. On the Airport section add a box to check if this is a forgeign city. So when you go to summary it shows the true per diem for that month.

We use a different Per Diem for International and Domestic Flying. The ability to specify a date and time range, and get a detailed per diem report would be awesome, for submission to my company.
