Setting Airport List Time for YYT to UTC-2.5

Is there a way to set the time for YYT (St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada) to UTC - 2 1/2 hours? We serve this destination and it will not import properly.

We currently do not support 1/2 hour increments. We hope to support this in a future version.
