transferring logbook from old computer to new

I purchased a new computer and license for LBP. Rather than copying a ton of entries I'd like to know if it's possible to export the data and format I was using on the old computer to the new one. The old computer is running Ver 1.9.8 and the new one is on 1.9.8.5
