Hi I am currently checking out your program (actually started just before the ownership change) and was waiting for a couple of support ticket responses...unfortunetely I did not keep the ticket records to this effect as it was all on your old web site...anyway here is one of the problems that I am having...
When importing multi-day trips the info that is imported is correct however the return date is not (also missing some info that I would like included). On trips that I stay one day in the hotel before returning it shows me coming home immediately. I am using the AirCanada Kruz(pdf) importer as per your recommendation, however as previously noted the "pairings" (file) that I am importing is a mix of formats....I have sent a file to you previously which was to be used I believe to fix these problems. Doyou still have this information and if so is it possible to fix these issues?
