Unable to import schedule

I have downloaded the schedule importer, but haven't had any success. After pasting my trip into the importer I select "Import Pairing". I then get a popup message, "Your Pocket PC PDA must be in the cradle with the Power On".

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling your software, activesync 4.1, and .net 2.0, to no avail. All other applications seem to sync fine and I can explore the folders on my iPac fine also.

Any ideas?

Ok, I just installed the update, but still get the same error message....???

Look in the C:\APDL folder. Is there a file named ceutil.dll? If so, remove it.
