Upgrade instructions

Hi,

I'm using version 1.9.8.1 and would like to upgrade to the lastest version. Do you have step-by-step instructions? How do I protect my existing data?

Once I've upgraded to the latest version....do you have step-by-step printing instructions?

Hello,

Backup your data file (File..Archive..Backup) then uninstall the old version, download and install the new version.
