Where did the Universal reports go?

I have been using the old world Mgoent leather logbook with the perforated paper and printing out the Universal reports which fit perfectly on the perforated section of the page. In the new version of logbook pro the reports are not there. Which report should I use so that it matches the old universal report and the rest of my printed logbook?

Hello,

In 1.9.6.5 a new series of reports were created and some of the older ones removed. I suggest using the Split Series reports for professional printing.
