Windows style logbook won't open

Yesterday the program worked fine. I didn't change any of the settings and today when I click on the windows style logbook, nothing happens. Also, the options menu button doesn't do anything. Yesterday downloaded the updated version. Is there a problem with it?

never mind. I rebooted the computer and now it works. Weird.
