ActiveSync Probs

My activesync is not working...i'm using XP on my desktop with my Axim50v i activate a full sync (as asked) then i click options, check files...and presto a message pops up saying "that my activesyc is not turned on and to turn it on let a full sync occur, select options ..check files..blahblahblah" i must be missing sumting can someone help me please...

We no longer require the use of ActiveSync's File Synchronization.

When you run either the Schedule Importer or APDL SingleSync you need to place your PDA in the cradle and turn ON. From either program select "Pocket PC" and follow the on screen directions.
