After single sync and hot sync...no data in logbook pro

Allthough the monthly flying reports, detailed flying reports and other data is saved on the PC, there is no data within logbook pro. I am assuming that I don't need to use the schedule importer in conjunction with singlesync. The following message within the hotsync log may be worthy of noting... "The setup on the handheld could not be updated because the PC does not have a hostname or IP address." :confused:

Hello Ryan,

Please check your SingleSync configuration, paying particular attention to Wizard Page 3. Ensure the checkbox at the top left is checked and your Logbook Pro data file is correctly identified. Also confirm you are using version 6 and your product is registered (Options...About and Options...Enter Key Code). Check your sync on or after date and retry a sync. If that doesn't work, submit a support ticket including a zip file containing your apdl_synclog.txt and conduit.txt files typically found in C:\Program Files\palmOne\{Your Palm Username}\APDL folder.
