Base Pay

Just curious if there is a way to set up multiple pay rates. I fly the CRJ 200, 700, and 900, each has a different pay rate. Is there a way I can set up these different pay rates? Or do I have to settle for the single option of base pay and the change the rate manually each time I'm in a different aircraft?
