Question Corporate Schedule

I am flying corporate Part 91 for a private company with flights scheduled many weeks in advanced. We use a scheduling website called Airplane Manager. Is there a way to support the scheduling website to import trips? I can make custom .csv files of the schedule and I have tried for 2 weeks to enter .csv files in the importer while selecting different filters with no luck. Do you have a template for a .csv file I can use? I also submitted a support ticket with the same questions 5 days ago. Thanks for any help.
