getting set up on pc

I can't seem to get my passcode into my pc. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. there is no option to "register my pda license"? It only continues to give me the option to download the program. Which is already downloaded.

would it make any difference that I also have logbookpro in my palm?

Are you running Logbook Pro 1.10.26? If not you need to upgrade.

Press ALT + U to check for updates

Try going to PDA --> Register PDA License

or

Launch the PDA Import Wizard and choose Activate License

No, it shouldn't. They play fine together.

I think I may have checked the "skip this step in the future" box, when I set this up for logbookpro palm. How do I uncheck it?
