Removed pairing per sticky suggestions...am a little fustrated with this importer...The whole reason I use these products is to have more free time, not spend it sending pairings to the ticket center. However, the help is always great when I need it!

Hello,

Please ensure you are using the latest version of our schedule importer, as listed here.

Make sure your pairing is in the format presented in the schedule importer documentation samples section.

The format you have posted does not match the one we have on file in our help documentation. Your company has changed some things. So the problem with the importer is something we have to investigate.

Please open a support ticket with several examples since we will have to edit the current filter.
