Hotsync Failure

I recently upgraded to Logbook Pro 1.9.6.5 and Palm Companion 1.9.6. I tried a test flight entry on my Palm Tungsten T running OS 5. The flight data does not show up in my desktop Logbook. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Palm Companion andAppforge Booster five times with the same results... Any suggestions? I am running Windows XP Pro and Palm OS 5.

Delete the application from the Palm (Main Palm Screen, Menu, Delete Apps). Delete 'Lbk Pro', 'Booster', and anything with 'ingot' in the name. On the PC, go to the Windows Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, uninstall AppForge Universal Conduit. Reboot. Start Logbook Pro, go to PDA Companions\Palm Companion menu, click the Install option, follow prompts, retry.
