Imported data but can't find it

Maybe I've been at this too long today. I adjusted my information in an excel spreadsheet to a tab delimited txt file as the tutorial stated. I even got the data to import as shown on the tutorial. The problem is that I now cannot find the information that was imported. It is not showing up on my logbook. Any suggestions as to what I may be doing wrong?

  1. Confirm your import contained the minimum required columns of Date, Type, Ident, Route, and Duration?
  2. If your dates are not recognized properly, the data may not appear
  3. Make sure you don't have any filters in effect, in the spreadsheet view area make sure the funnel icon on the sub-toolbar is not pressed in
If still unable to resolve the issue, send a backup of your Logbook Pro data file (File..Archive..Backup) and also your tab delimited import file in a support ticket.
