Install error

Hi,

I am having a problem re-installing LBPro. Here is the error message I am getting:

The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it. C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Installations\{13E26A63-F298-422D-A3CB-41D167E32A2C}\Logbook Pro.msi

I have tried the full install and the web install.

Try uninstalling Logbook Pro first, then run the full installer. If that doesn't work, again, uninstall if an entry shows in the Windows Control Panel Add/Remove programs area, then download and run the Microsoft Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and remove any remnants of Logbook Pro and retry.
