logging into response area

I have sent many support tickets and get the automated response everytime. The problem is it tells me to go to the link where it has you log in to get your response. Even if I sign in as though I've forgotten my login and I receive an email with my login (which is my e-mail) and password they still don't work. Any ideas?

Mike,

I set your account to "validated" as you should have received an e-mail after registering to activate your account. Not needed now, you can sign-in to the help desk now.
