I am trying to reinstall Logbookk Pro after a hard drive crash/new hard drive installation. I have records of my user name and Key but, my email address has changed since my original purchase and I don't recall what it was. When I try to "Activate" Logbook Pro, it asks for my name, Unlock Code, and e-mail address. I tried entering all with my current email address and get a Logbook Pro error message... Run-time error '9': Subscript out of range. It will open in the "Evaluation mode" but not but I can not activate. I am guessing this is do to the e-mail address being wrong.

How do I find out what my old address was or get around this?

Thanks in advance for your time and assistance.

Update, I realized that I had input my unlock code without any dashes. Put the dashes in and now it says that my code is not correct and to make sure that I typed my e-mail and code correctly. So, I am pretty sure that the email address is the problem. Is there any was that nc-software can tell me what my e-mail address was at the time of purchase if I can provide them with my name and Unlock Code?

thanks again
