I have been using the Log Book Pro Standard Edition for two years and recommended the product to my company. We purchased the Enterprise Edition but have been unable to determine how to enter multiple pilots. We need to input and track data/currencies on 18 pilots. Can the pilots be a selectable field like aircraft type or do you need to create a separate database for each pilot? If you create a separate database for each pilot, how can you generate reports for all the pilots on a single query?

The Enterprise Edition allows unlimited pilots to use Logbook Pro on a licensed terminal. A data file represents a pilot's logbook. In the current version there is no method for tracking (or reporting on) multiple pilots within one file. We do plan to have this functionality in the next version slated to release later this year.
