Need data from old PDA for new PDA

Purchased new Palm TX to replace dieing Palm M100. Big upgrade, I know.
Anyway, how do I get all of the citiies and tail numbers from the old PDA to the new one? I tried copying everything in the old backup folder to the new one but that didn't work. Less important, is it possible to import all of my flying YTD form the old PDA to the new PDA? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
