Not Syncing Correctly (Trea 650)

I believe I have everything set up on the singlesynce such as the checkmark on the third page and the device name on the first page. And I also have paid for the access key cade and inputed it okay.

When I look for the files that are supposed to have the information in them they are in a folder that has a different name than my device name and they are empty. Also when I look at the singe sync log information it says that I need to have sync'd the device once to have a log.

Hello,

Make sure you have the correct Palm Username on the first dialog of SingleSync. Then on Wizard Page 3 two pieces of information are critical, the checkbox checked, as you have done, and then also your Logbook Pro data file designated. If that doesn't work, send us your apdl_synclog.txt and conduit.txt files via a support ticket and we'll review the log files. You can find these files in C:\Program Files\palmOne\{Your Palm Username}\APDL.

I sent a support ticket. I cannot find a text file for apdl sync. I do not believe it has ever sync'd to the device.

Thanks... uninstalling and reinstalling worked.
