Not syncing

I put in 3 entries into my ppc logbook pro today. when I sync, they are not showing up on my desktop version.
I followed the directions for having access run within activesync.


Also, my logbook is named J_Bryan.lbk and found on a backup harddrive (not the program file/logbook pro dir)

Does this matter?

To sync, the Pocket PC License code must be entered BOTH on the PPC and the PC under the PDA Companions\Pocket PC Companion menu area. Once you do this, the merge queue will appear activated which allows you to accept the data to be imported.

Confirm you purchased the $29.95 Pocket PC Companion license and entered it on both the PPC and PC?
