Palm Companion

I am on the road, and just downloaded the latest Palm Companion version. After it was all done, it is asking me for my Unlock code from my purchase. All I did was upgraded. I have had this for over a year now. Is this normal? I am in a hotel, and dont have it with me. How can I get it from the road?

Updating the Palm software removes all data files related then replaces them, so registration data is not persisted. You can recall your data by viewing the resources outlined in the "Lost Unlock Code" section of our policies.
