Pocket PC vs Windows Mobile 6

Currently running APDL on my Ipaq under Windows CE 4.20. Will the APDL pocket PC software I have run on a new phone / handheld device running Windows Mobile 6.

I fully expect all of our Pocket PC applications to run under Windows Mobile 6 as the OS is not what's important, it's the .NET Compact Framework we rely on, which WM6 supports.
