Reports Designer ICAO Style

I have been trying to customize the option in the Jepperson type reports and have found that, for example, you cannot delete "Rotorcraft Helicopter" so as to produce a personalised report (like an ICAO logbook). Has anyone found a method of producing a similar presentation?
