I downloaded the importer to my desktop and have Copied and Pasted the HI5 for my next trip from the Eagle DECS site andtried the importer several times. All the windows indicated that it transfers but nothing shows up on my PPC. Any ideas?

Please submit a support ticket and include the information you are pasting into the importer, preferable the PDF data you were provided. Please refer to the documentation for samples that the importer is designed to accommodate. Tomorrow is our next scheduled update if all testing and Q/A goes well.
