Start up errors

Good afternoon all,

I just downloaded the Route browser Version 2.0 for trial purposes before I purchase it. The download went fine, but now when I try to run the route browser, I get the following error during startup of the route browser.....
"The procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in the dynamic link library MSDART.DLL"

Any ideas as to what the problem might be????

I've tried to remove and re-install the program already, and I have also received the same error message when I downloaded the original version of the route browser.....I was hoping the 2.0 version would have solved this problem.

Hello,

This error is most likely specific to your computer and not the Route Browser software. See this article and/or Google for the error description you provided for resolutions.
