I'm having problems with the Daily logbook data showing up on the logbook pro. during the sync. I had no problems with the schedule being sync to my Daily logbook, I just having problems getting the data of the daily pocket pc data to the logbook pro. This problem just started. After I set up the transfer it shows the the dates in the total for the Month of flying after the sync process but when I open the logbook program there is no transfer of data? What do you think I'm doing wrong?

Hello Chuck,

Please review your SingleSync configuration settings. Ensure you have the proper username/device on the first page, the third page ensure the checkbox at the top is checked and your Logbook Pro data file is specified. Lastly, make sure APDL is registered (Options...Enter Key Code) to enable sync to Logbook Pro. If you require further assistance, please fill out a support ticket and include a zip file containing your apdl_synclog.txt file for review.
