The problem most likely occurred due to the flight date being wrong in the mobile app prior to sync. If you have the flight shown on a flight date of the 27th but the OOOI are on the 28th the flight date doesn't auto update in the mobile app.
In the desktop software go to VIEW...OPTIONS....FLIGHT LOG...DISPLAY CONFIG
in this area you can place a checkmark next to the OOOI columns to show them in your logbook for easy editing.
As staff have mentioned. Flights are sorted by DATE then OUT TIME or time entered into the program if OOOI's are missing.
To force the log to refresh after making changes go to the next line and then click on the DATE column header or open and close the spreadsheet view of your logbook.
