Trial Version Not Working

I downloaded the trial version of LBP. I have Windows XP and the computer's about 2 years old. It installed fine with no apparent errors. When I open the program, I click on "Evaluate." I then click on "Create New Data File." I pick a name for the file and click on OK. Then the program just locks up. If I look in Task Manager, it says the program is not responding. What's going on here? Does the trial version not work? Thanks!

When you create a new data file, be sure to save it to your local hard drive either the default C:\Program Files\Logbook Pro or a location such as C:\My Logbook.

Try uninstalling then reinstall. If the problem persists, please fill out a support ticket for additional troubleshooting.
