Unable to open Logbook Pro on PDA

I just downloaded the software tonight, and have installed it on both my PC and iPAQ Pocket PC. It shows up on my PPC, but I am not able to open it when I tap it. I read that I need to register it on my PPC as well, but assume that in order to do that, I must be able to open it first. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Confirm your iPaq is running Windows Mobile 2003, Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition, or Windows Mobile 5? Also confirm you followed the installation instructions and your device has the requirements such as the .NET Compact Framework 2.0? I suggest download and installing this installer which includes the .NET Compact Framework 2.0. Also see the post as the top of this forum which describes installation prereqs such as Microsoft .NET 1.1 installed to your PC.

Thanks for the help - I installed the compact framework and that must be what I was missing.
