United is currently moving from the old CCS to a new, completely redone system called "CCS+". Apparently this is causing issues with schedule import because the importer doesn't recognize the new format.

Is there any work being done on adding this functionality to the importer? Thanks.

I’ve tried the CCS+ filter, was able to get to the schedule but no luck at all. Has anyone had success with this? The new CCS+ format offers a calendar view and a list view and neither is recognized by the filter or schedule importer. I’ve also tried to copy and paste one trip, all trips for the month, and get nothing but errors. Any ideas?\

We updated the parser. It appears that the Print option that gives you a PDF output is the best format for processing. Please give the United CCS+ filter another go and if you have problems please send us the trip to the help desk, not the forum.

It seems to be working fine for me now. I go to CCS+, go to the trip details, then click on "print/save". I toggle all of the trip details off. This will create a PDF that you can then copy and paste from.

During print/save I unchecked all trip details. And, yes, I manually selected (United) CCS+

Actually what's interesting is if I leave all trip details selected it says it imports successfully. But then there's no data to be found.

Here is what I figured out with schedule importer and it works perfectly every time now in the logbook pro app or ADPL.net.

When you go to trip details and then the print/save function to create the PDF.... You must select at minimum "layover information" or it will fail. You can select all trip details too. But at least layover information must be selected. Then when you go to create the PDF you MUST select either "half page" or "full page." If you select "pocket" it will fail
.

Thanks for sharing what you learned @MDon. The more samples of trip variations we receive the more we can support as we're not limited to just one format. So continue to provide us any samples, layover or not, and we'll do our best to keep honing the United CCS+ parser. Mobile trip formats are often condensed and leave out important detail. The PDF view is a great option you all have that really has good detail and formatting even if it takes a little more effort on your part.

I have tried the exact steps that MDon recommended and still no luck. I submitted a help ticket and can't seem to get much in way of a response. Can someone at NC reach out to me?

Try again, I updated the parser.
