Updating PDA after downloading 1.3

I downloaded 1.9.4 and installed. How do I find the update for my PDA. Is it incorporated in 1.9.4? I think it is 1.3. Where do I find this version? Do I need to clear 1.2.2 from my PDA before loading the new version.

Sync your data, purge the PDA, then rerun the install routine from the PDA Companions\Palm Companion menu, just like when you first installed. No need to do the AppForge Universal Conduit again.
