Upgrade to 1.1 from 1.9.9???????

How is it that I'm getting solicitations to "upgrade" to a lower version number? I keep looking around, but I don't see any mention of this. Upgrade from 1.9.9 to 1.1? That doesn't make much sense. Am I nuts?

The latest version is 1.10.18. Please see our Version Info page for the latest versions.

Ok - so it's not 1.1 it's 1.10 - 10 being one more than 9, even though 1.9 > 1.10 math wise. I would have though that 2.0 came after 1.9. Anyway, I guess I should "Up" grade from 1.9 to 1.10.
