1.9.9 8710

Neal,

Sorry I left in the middle of the testing. Left my laptop at home somehow. Anyway, I downloaded the 1.9.9 final, and I installed it. I still had three tabs in the 8710, 1,2 and 4.

So I uninstalled it, using the install script and then with the add/remove control panel. Then re-installed the final. Still I only have three sections to the 8710. Is that the way it should be, or should there be four?

Uninstall, rename C:\Program Files\Logbook Pro to C:\Program Files\Logbook Pro OLD then install again.
