Backup issues

I'm a new user to Logbook Pro - I'm Running Logbook Pro 1.10.25, trying to backup my data and I keep getting the error 530, "THE LICENSE KEY REQUIRED TO USE THE CONTROL WAS NOT FOUND OR IS INVALID". I've entered my unlock code, everything else seems fine. Any ideas?

Uninstall then reinstall OR run a Detect and Repair from the Start...Programs...Logbook Pro folder.
