I just bought the program a few weeks ago and all my times are entered. If my computer gets destroyed or my hard drive crashes, do i download the software again and put in my registration code and will all my times and everything still be there?

I suggest creating backups by clicking File..Archive..Backup and keep a history of .BAK files, not just one. If you need to download the software and reactivate your computer again you can restore a backup you previously created. Obviously you want to keep a backup on external media or on another computer or e-mail it to yourself to keep it off of the computer, many ways to go about this.
